With the exception of proceedings scheduled in Fillmore County District or County Court, the Fillmore County Courthouse will be closed to the public beginning March 18, 2020 at 1:00 o’clock p.m. until further notice, due to the COVID-19 virus. You may call to make an appointment or to ask questions. Persons scheduled to appear in District or County Court will be allowed to enter the Courthouse for Court proceedings as scheduled.

The County Court handles traffic, criminal, civil, condemnation, small claims, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, juvenile and adoption cases. Marriage ceremonies are performed by the Clerk Magistrate.
The Fillmore County Court is in the Tenth Judicial Court System.
